Often imitated but never duplicated our 4x8m DIY Premium range of marquees has proven successful over many years. Utilising the same strong and durable framework as the DIY Party range but with substantially more durable 650g\/m\u00b2 PVC roof and 650g\/m\u00b2 PVC sides.<\/p>\n

This is a quality, durable marquee that utilizes 100% fire retardant and water proof PVC covers with a UV protective coating at a reasonable price that wouldn’t let anyone down. Over the years it has proved itself again and again.<\/p>\n

Premium Marquees include a sturdy galvanised steel framework with optional ground-bars and eaves braces for added strength and durability.<\/p>\n

How many people can you fit in a 4x8m marquee?<\/p>\n

A 4x8m marquee can fit up to 30 people seated or 45 people standing. Marquee seated capacity is calculated by using 5ft 6in round tables as is common in the marquee hire industry. This is the most efficient way to seat your guests to maximise space. Each 3x3m section of the marquee can fit 10 people at a 5ft 6in round table.<\/p>\n

Standing capacity is calculated at 1.5X the seated capacity giving guests just under 1m square for dancing and space to move around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Our marquee covers use rip-stop technology making them tear resistant and long-life. There are many types of marquee PVC but we make sure only to use high-quality Duracoretex\u2122 material. Covers are 100% waterproof with high-frequency welded seams, fire retardant to to BS5438 & BS7837 and UV stabilised.<\/p>\n

Unlike other manufacturers we design our marquees with the gable triangle incorporated into the rest of the roof. This makes the end of the marquee more wind-resistant as it reduces the size of the end panel and therefore billowing in windy conditions.<\/p>\n

Framework<\/h2>\n

Using galvanised steel poles mean that the framework is protected from corrosion and rust. Unlike powder coated frames a scratch or chip does not fundamentally compromise the coating. Whereas powder coated frames allow water to spread beneath the rest of the surface.<\/p>\n

Galvanised steel is also easier to repair and maintain. If the framework becomes dull after a few years it can easily be refreshed with a galvanising spray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
