Our Deluxe 9x24m Traditional Wedding Marquees are a beautiful professional grade wedding structure that can be put up by anyone! These marquees are a great way to host your wedding without having to pay a marquee hire company! Once the big day is over you own the marquee and can then either sell it or hire it out as a side business!<\/p>\n

The roofs are sectional and connect with a combination of Dutch lacing and interlocking metal plates meaning they can be erected as 9x12m, 9x18m or 9x24m with options to make longer 9x30m, 9x36m etc<\/strong>. All PVC is joined using high-frequency welding (rather than stitching) to make a completely water poof and reliable shelter. Side panels are in 3m sections with zips in the middle so can be opened up individually.<\/p>\n

An excellent marquee that can be used year round though additional precautions should be taken in snow and extreme conditions) ideal for sustained use in the marquee hire industry. As with all DIY Marquees should the unforeseen happen any replacement part is available to purchase separately and our experienced customer service staff are always available for any advice you may require.<\/p>\n

The Deluxe Traditional marquee range can be erected on hard standing<\/strong>. This involves drilling and bolting stakes bars into the concrete\/tarmac etc. It is important to measure the distance for the stake bar evenly and ensuring the standing gets a good fixing.<\/p>\n

All PVC used in our marquees is the highest quality rip-stop Duracoretex commercial grade PVC<\/p>\n

How many people can you fit in a 9m x 24m marquee?<\/h2>\n

A 9x24m marquee can fit up to 240 people seated or 360 people standing. Marquee seated capacity is calculated by using 5ft 6in round tables as is common in the marquee hire industry. This is the most efficient way to seat your guests to maximise space. Each 3x3m section of the marquee can fit 10 people at a 5ft 6in round table.<\/p>\n

Standing capacity is calculated at 1.5X the seated capacity giving guests just under 1m square for dancing and space to move around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Our marquee covers use rip-stop technology making them tear resistant and long-life. There are many types of marquee PVC but we make sure only to use high-quality Duracoretex™ material. Covers are 100% waterproof with high-frequency welded seams, fire retardant to to BS5438 & BS7837 and UV stabilised. <\/p>\n

All sides are included. The marquee sides all include zips in the middle and can be opened. There are enough sides for windows to go down the length of the marquee and enough walls to cover the ends. They are all in 3m wide x 2.3m tall interchangeable sections.<\/p>\n
